Loading ...Bucharest City Hall, on Friday Feb 19, organizes Song for Haiti, a charity concert to help the earthquake victims of Haiti. Some of the best Romanian pop and rock singers and bands are to perform.
‘We invite all those willing to support this charity campaign to come and enjoy the extraordinary recitals by the artists who dedicate their songs to the Haitian children whom terrible earthquakes left homeless or orphans,’ organizers say. The money to be earned from selling the tickets will be donated to UNICEF that will allocate it for food, shelters and protection of the Haitian homeless and orphan children.
The event happens with the support by Romania’s Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and of the Elite Art Club UNESCO Cultural Association and the Realitatea tv channel.
