The conference is organized by the Diplomatic Mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Bucharest and by the International Relations and Economic Cooperation Institute, so as to point out the take-over of the OSCE chairmanship for 2010 by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
“The Republic of Kazakhstan proposed an ambitious reforming project of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe under the four T’s motto – Trust, Tradition, Transparency, Tolerance,” says the cited source.
The conference in Bucharest will get video messages from the Republic of Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev, from Kazakh Foreign Affairs Minister and OSCE Chairman Kanat Saudabayev. The thematic importance will be debated by former Romanian Presidents Emil Constantinescu and Ion Iliescu, as well as by Ioan Cezar Coraci, chairman of the Romanian Industrialists General Union – 1903, Deputy Nechifor Catalin Ioan, vice-chairman of the Parliamentarian Group for Romania-Kazakhstan friendship.
Opening speeches will be held by head of the Diplomatic Mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kairat Aman and by Director of the International Relations and Economic Cooperation Institute Anton Caragea.
