Loading ...The Romanian actor Andi Vasluianu won the prize for the part he played in the film “The Other Irene,” directed by Andrei Gruzsniczki, at the Love Film Festival in Mons (February 19-26), informs the site of the above-mentioned festival.
Actress Maria Dinulescu was also on the jury of this year’s festival. “The film titled ‘The Other Irene’ speaks about indifference and lack of sympathy in a society that goes from the traditional mockery to a newly found appetite for pragmatism and loneliness. As if pragmatism, which takes up and somehow rewrites the traditional ties among people, would be the solution to getting adapted to the new reality,” says the director of his film.
