19 Martie 2010

Information in English

President Traian Basescu signed the decree on the promulgation of the law on transferring public property land from the management of the Apele Romane (Romanian Waters) National Administration to the Local Council of the Constanta Municipality (south-east).

Last October, the Senators approved the building of an amusement harbour in the Mama Romanian Black Sea resort, and passed to the Constanta Council’s management a state-owned plot of land that used to be under the management of the Dobrogea Litoral Directorate of the Romanian Waters National Administration.
According to the draft law’s text, it deals with a 2,129 sq.m. land and only 250 of them represent the beach and 1,879 sq.m are out to the Black Sea. A pontoon and a wharf for the entertainment ships are to be built on the land.
