The Ministry of Regional Development, and Tourism (MDRT) will support the largest project of social involvement in Romania, “Let’s Do It, Romania,” the organizers of the campaign on Tuesday announced.
According to the abovementioned source, the MDRT will promote the action among the travel operators, it will communicate the need for a better waste management, according to law, and it will inform the public authorities in the resorts in Romania on the objectives of this project.
The “Let’s Do It, Romania” team in August this year signed with the MDRT a partnership agreement with a view of supporting the organization and implementation of the “Let’s Do It, Romania” project, during August-September 2010.
“Let’s Do It, Romania’ is the largest social involvement project in Romania which aims at cleaning the waste from all over the country, in the natural areas (areas outside the city) in a single day: Sept. 25. Romania is the largest country in Europe to organize this project.
